What Is The Market Doing?
There are always new and existing homes for sale along the Wasatch Front. Prices have not dropped here as much as the National Market, which makes the market here a reasonable workable market. With interest rates low and Utah's stable economy it's a good decision to buy. Sellers may have their homes on the market a little longer, but where there are buyers there must be a seller. Though we are not experiencing a "Hot" market, with a little patience there will be a good deal out there.
